Meet Alabama Slammer – a brave little kitten with a big name and an even bigger heart. Born outside, Alabama didn’t have the best start to life and is still learning that humans can be pretty great. He’s come such a long way since arriving at the shelter. While he’s not completely trusting just yet, he’s starting to realize that love and cuddles aren't so scary after all.

Once you pick him up, he latches onto you like a little Velcro kitty – holding on tight as if he’s saying, “Don’t let me go.” Alabama just needs a little more patience, kindness, and human interaction to fully blossom into the affectionate, loving companion he’s destined to be. If you’re willing to give him that chance, he’s ready to give you his whole heart.
