Meet Roscoe, our big lovable meathead with an even bigger heart!  This handsome guy absolutely adores people and is happiest when he’s getting attention from his favorite humans. Roscoe is a very happy boy who walks nicely on a leash and already knows how to potty outside — what a good boy!
