Meet Moon!

Moon may be tiny, but her feelings are big. This little mixed breed girl is looking for a very special person who understands that trust takes time. New people can be scary for Moon, and she prefers to watch from a safe distance until she decides you’re one of the good ones. Once she warms up, though, she forms a deep bond and becomes incredibly loyal to her person.

Moon tends to feel most comfortable around women and would do best in a calm, predictable home with very little chaos or foot traffic. Small children are simply too overwhelming for her, so she is hoping for a quiet home where she can relax and feel secure. She’s the kind of dog who would love peaceful evenings, soft blankets, and a patient person willing to let her come out of her shell at her own pace.
