Meadow’s story started on Meadow Lane, where he was found as a stray with quite a rough past—an injured hip and a severely broken tail. At first, things looked uncertain. The vet even considered amputating his hind leg as a last resort. But Meadow had other plans. During surgery, they were able to repair his dislocated hip instead—and this resilient boy proved them right by learning to use his leg again!

While his tail couldn’t be saved, it only added to his charm. Now he proudly sports an adorable little nub that matches his big personality. Meadow may have a slight hitch in his step, but don’t let that fool you—it doesn’t slow him down one bit. He’s full of life, love, and determination.

After spending time on bedrest recovering, Meadow developed the cutest floppy belly and a hilarious habit of lounging like a centerfold model—earning him the nickname “Playboy.” He’s truly one of a kind and will keep you smiling every single day.

Meadow gets along well with other cats, but he’ll need a home without dogs, as being chased could put stress on his healing leg. What he really needs now is a loving home where he can continue to build his strength, stretch those legs, and enjoy the comfort he’s been waiting for.
