Rusty came to us under heartbreaking circumstances after his owner passed away. A kind friend tried their best to care for him and his feline companions, but now Rusty is looking for a new place to call home.

Right now, Rusty isn’t the cuddly type—and that’s okay. He’s been through a big life change and is still figuring things out. He may keep his distance at first, but with patience, understanding, and a quiet home, we believe Rusty has the potential to open his heart in his own time.

Rusty is the kind of cat who just needs someone willing to let him move at his own pace.
